Re-Define Yourself Program Includes:
Custom Workout Program
This workout program is based off the goals you wish to achieve with the equipment you have access to and how many days a week you will realistically commit too. As we move forward exercises will be adjusted to continue to challenge you.
Nutrition Plan with Guidance & Support
This nutrition plan is to help you structure your day better with healthier choices and goals to meet. This will help you learn what you’re putting into your body and understand how to properly fuel yourself without “cutting” foods out or feeling guilty while enjoying a variety of foods to live a healthier, flexible lifestyle.
Accountability
Weekly 1:1 check-ins will hold you accountable week by week as we work together to accomplish your goals. This will be a recap of your week, how things are going, what you’ve accomplished, where you’re struggling - all important information I need to know to be able to continue to help you through your journey.
Community Support
You will be invited into the community app with all the other team members to provide as much support as possible while you are all on your own journeys. We all inspire each other by posting things that are helping you, what you’re going through someone else may be relate, any questions you might have, foods we’re all enjoying and the movement we’re getting. I find being in a community seeing others working on themselves as well is motivating!!
Communication
You will have direct communication with me whenever you need it. I am here you help you, support you and guide you in anyway that I can but if I don’t know what you’re going through than I am unable to help navigate you through it. This is not going to be an easy journey but we are a team and it’s a two-way street, so we will work together to get you where you want to be!!

If you are near Caledonia, Ontario area - this is just for you! These are 1 hour Training sessions with me where you will learn how to properly lift weights and move your body. We will work on building strength in all areas to help with your posture, imbalances, performance and endurance so you can feel stronger and more confident with your body. You will also be provided with all my 1:1 coaching benefits that include community support, nutrition plan and accountability!
